If your local government has activated their public FLASHbrief Alert Center, you must first download your area's personalized, specialized connection link, in order to connect to it.

As you type your State, County and City/Township, you will notice that FLASHbrief will provide you choices for your ultimate selection. (If your city, town, or village does not appear, click on the "Add My Area to the FLASHbrief System Please" and follow the on-screen instructions.)

Each FLASHbrief connection is customized to each area, so it is important to select the proper area in order for you to receive your desired area notifications. You can select as many different areas as you desire, in order to receive alerts both where you live or work, as well alerts for a loved one or acquaintance in another location.

When you have selected your desired area, click on DOWNLOAD.
