How to use FLASHbrief “Live-Chat”

If the “Live-Chat” icon on top of the navigation indicates that the chat feature is “On-Line” this means that a FLASHbrief Professional is available to assist you with any questions, comments, or concerns you may have about the “FLASHbrief for Government Version 2.0” Software. Click on the icon to launch an information window.

Fill out as many of the fields as you can and click Live-Chat.

When an Activations Specialist links to you to answer your question, you will be directed to a page showing the chat window, and your “Live-Chat” conversation will begin.

Remember:

FLASHbrief Live-Chat Personnel will never ask you to give your personal information besides your first name, email address, subject, and question asked.

If Live-Chat is “Off-Line”

If click on the Live-Chat icon when the feature is “Off-line” you may still leave a message by filling out your name, e-mail address, subject, and message. Click the send e-mail button, and a FLASHbrief Professional will provide feedback or an answer to your question within 24 hours.
